
Chairman Casey is formerly President of the Rotary Club of New York and Managing Director of Operations of Trinity Church on Wall Street, New York. Currently, he is President of his own consulting firm which primarily specializes in serving the not-for-profit sector and is deeply committed to public service.

Dr. Bhat received his M.B.B.S. and M.D. degrees from University of Mysore in India. He completed a Residency in Internal Medicine at Government Wenlock Hospital, Mangalore, India, Kasturba Medical College Hospital, Manipal, India and Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, USA. He completed his fellowship training in nephrology at New York University Medical Center. He was awarded a post doctoral fellowship for two years by New York State Kidney Disease Institute to continue research at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Bhat is a diplomate of American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of internal Medicine in Nephrology. He has earned numerous honors and awards most notably, the Government of India's Ministry of Health Merit Scholarship.
Dr. Bhat has been affiliated with most major medical and educational institutions in New York area for over three decades. He has been intimately involved with post graduate medical education and has served on the panels of several residency and fellowship training programs in New York City area. His past faculty appointments include New York University School of Medicine and State University of New Health Sciences Center in Stonybrook, New York. Currently he holds a faculty appointment at Albert Einstein School of Medicine of Yeshiva University. He has held various administrative and leadership positions in various hospitals in New York including interim Chairman of Medicine and Medical Director at North Shore University Hospital at Forest Hills, New York. He has an avid interest in research and has published numerous research papers in the field of kidney diseases. He is considered an expert on health care economics in general and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) program in particular and has been a sought after speaker on this issue nationwide.
Dr. Bhat is co-founder of Atlantic Dialysis Management Services, a New York based dialysis chain providing high quality dialysis services to patients with ESRD. He is currently serving as director on Kidney Care Council, a Washington D.C. based industry group working with the government to improve quality of care for patients on dialysis.
In recognition of his long and dedicated service to the people of New York State, Governor David Paterson appointed him to prestigious New York State Public Health Council in 2010. His appointment was confirmed by the State Senate and he served on the Establishment Committee and Health Personnel Committee of the Public Health Council. He was re-appointed by Governor Paterson to the newly formed New York State Public Health and Health Planning Council for a full six year term to expire in 2016.
BRIAN W. LITTLE, M.D., Ph.D. currently serves as Senior Advisor of Hospital and Health System Medical Education. Dr. Little's education began at Cornell University where he earned his B.A. in Physics. In 1973, Dr. Little received his M.D. degree and in 1977, his Ph.D.in Biochemistry from the University of Vermont.
Dr. Little's graduate medical education includes serving as an NIH Trainee in Pathology, an Internship and Residency in Pathology at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont and the University Of Vermont College Of Medicine and a Fellowship in Neuropathology at the University Of Vermont College Of Medicine. He was certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners in 1974, the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology in 1976 and Neuropathology in 1985. He currently holds a medical license in the state of Delaware.
Dr. Little's career highlights include an appointment as an Attending Pathologist at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont. He has served as a Staff Physician in Neuropathology at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Northport, NY, an Attending Pathologist in Neuropathology at both University Hospital-SUNY Stony Brook and at Lehigh Valley University. Dr. Little has served as the Associate Dean for Affiliate Affairs at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahneman University, Senior Associate Dean for Affiliate Affairs and Graduate Medical Education at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahneman University. He has also served as Chief Academic Officer at Christiana Care Health Services. He currently serves as Assistant Dean of Medical Education at Jefferson Medical College.

President Bhooplapur has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years and is Founder & CEO of Vision Financial Services, New York. He has been awarded many industry awards and entered into “Hall of Fame” of insurance for his outstanding commitment & service to the industry. Ravi is a board member of numerous charities, hospitals and businesses. He is the founder of the “Gift of Life, India” and has been instrumental in saving over 1500 children’s lives to date by providing heart surgery to children under the age of 15.

Dr. Nwasokwa graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry in 1974. He continued on to John Hopkins University School of Medicine to obtain both his M.D. and Ph.D. in 1979. Dr. Nwasokwa completed both his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine Hospital in 1985. He has worked and managed his own practice as an invasive cardiologist. Dr. Nwasokwa has a number of scientific publications and contributions to the field of medical research.
Dr. Naik received an M.B.B.S. from Karnataka Medical College in Hubli, India in 1968. He did his post-graduate rotating internship at Karnataka Medical College Hospital and an Internship in Medicine at Edgewater Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Naik’s academic appointments include experience as a Lecturer in Human Anatomy at JJM Medical College, an appointment as an Associate of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Assistant Professor in Medicine at New York Medical College and a current appointment as Clinical Associate Professor in Medicine at New York Medical College.
Dr. Naik’s distinguished work at New York Metropolitan area hospitals began in 1975, when he was appointed as Associate Cardiologist in the Beth Israel Hospital Cardiology Department. Subsequently, he was selected as an Attending in Cardiology and served as the Director of the Cardiac Care Unit and as the Supervisor of the Cardiac Laboratory at the Flower Fifth Avenue Hospital. He currently serves as an Associate Attending in Medicine Cardiology at Lawrence Hospital, an Associate Attending in Medicine and Cardiology at Westchester County Medical Center, an Associate Attending in Cardiology at Mount Vernon Hospital and as an Assistant Attending in Medicine and Cardiology at Hackensack University Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Naik holds licensure in New York, California and New Jersey.

Mr. Croes, currently residing in Aruba, is a trained barrister in Intellectual Property Rights and Constitutional, Public and Administrative Rights. He currently functions as the Director of the Aruba Development Bank. Mr. Croes has served in the Aruban Parliament, wherein he drafted and revised laws and legal rules in the judicial and financial fields. He served as Technology Counselor with regards to judicial and financial aspects of foreign relations and was instrumental in the technical support of upgrading/automation Intellectual Property Rights in Netherlands Antilles. His expertise extends into re-organization where he spearheaded the genesis of the Office of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Human Resources on the Island of Aruba. He successfully drafted, planned and budgeted both of the newly developed branches of government. He has also served as Commissioner in numerous Aruban Government agencies including Public Health; Judiciary Affairs and Treasury &Education.
Mr. Croes has served as Past District Governor of the Lions Club and was knighted and proclaimed an Officer in the Order of Nassau, for distinguishing merits to the benefit of mankind, by her Royal Majesty Queen Beatrix, Queen of the Netherlands on April 20th, 1994.
Dr. Prahalad is a graduate of St. John’s Medical College, one of India’s premier medical institutions located in Bangalore. Dr. Prahalad is licensed to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and is the Vice Chairman of the Department of Anesthesia and a Cardiac Anesthesiologist at the Community Medical Center Healthcare System. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, American Board of Echo-Cardiography and the American Board of Pain Medicine.
Dr. Malieckal is a graduate from JN Medical College at Karnatak University, Belguam. He completed his Nephrology fellowship at Brooklyn Cumberland Medical Center. Dr. Malieckal joined the Board of Advisors with a successful career in New York. He is a specialist in Internal Medicine/ Nephrology and maintains hospital affiliations at the Brooklyn Hospital Center, New York Methodist Hospital and Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.
Richard J. Derman, M.D., MPH, FACOG, was appointed Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Christiana Care in May 2008. He also serves as Director, Center for Women's and Children's Health Research and Professor, Obstetrics and Gynecology, at Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Derman served in a number of senior leadership roles during his career. Before completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cornell University, The New York Lying-In Hospital, and his MPH degree from Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Derman served as a Peace Corps Physician in India and a Medical Director of the Peace Corps in Washington, D.C. Upon completion of his residency, he was Medical Director and CEO of a federally funded agency dedicated to maternal-child health. He remained on the faculty at Cornell until 1994, when he accepted a professorship and became Director of Women's Health at the University of Illinois School of Medicine, where he also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University's School of Public Health. Dr. Derman has served as Medical Director and/or PI of the Center of Excellence in Women's Health both at University of Illinois and University of Missouri, Kansas City and at Christiana Care.
Dr. Derman has held the positions of Associate Dean for Clinical Research, Interim Associate Dean for Research, Associate Dean for Women's Health, Schutte Chair in Women's Health and Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, Kansas City.
Dr. Derman is a Principal Investigator of the Global Research Network for Women's and Children's Health, funded by the National Institutes of Health and is involved in research funded by the World Health Organization and the Gates Foundation. He has published more than 70 articles in indexed peer-reviewed journals.
